🔒 Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
We collect your name, email address, and payment transaction reference when you register or purchase a Premium plan. We do not collect or store your credit/debit card details — all payments are processed securely by PayHere.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide access to purchased content, send account-related emails (e.g. payment confirmation), and improve the service. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party.
Cookies
We use Firebase Authentication which stores a session token in your browser to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Data Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. Access is restricted and protected by industry-standard security measures.
Digital Product Policy
WesternMusic.lk sells digital educational content. The Premium plan (Rs. 750 one-time) grants lifetime access to quizzes and past papers. Because the content is delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
Exceptions
A full refund will be issued if: (1) you were charged but did not receive access due to a technical error, or (2) you were charged more than once for the same plan. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund

Service Description
WesternMusic.lk provides online western music educational content including video lessons (free), listening test quizzes, and past papers (Premium). Content is designed for Grade 6–11 students in Sri Lanka following the national syllabus.
Premium Access
The Premium plan grants one individual user lifetime access to all premium content. Sharing your account credentials with others is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be sharing access.
Intellectual Property
All content on WesternMusic.lk including videos, quiz questions, and past paper materials is the property of WesternMusic.lk. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
WesternMusic.lk is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss resulting from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

WesternMusic.lk sells digital content only — there is no physical product or shipping involved. Upon successful payment, your account is upgraded to Premium instantly and you will have immediate access to all premium content.
Access Method
Premium content is delivered via your registered account on westernmusic.lk. Simply log in with the email address used during purchase to access all quizzes and past papers.
Delivery Issues
If your account is not upgraded within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us via WhatsApp at wa.me/message/XYVEA5LE7OJKO1 with your payment receipt and we will resolve it promptly.
