💰 Refund Policy

Digital Product Policy
WesternMusic.lk sells digital educational content. The Premium plan (Rs. 750 one-time) grants lifetime access to quizzes and past papers. Because the content is delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

Exceptions
A full refund will be issued if: (1) you were charged but did not receive access due to a technical error, or (2) you were charged more than once for the same plan. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund
Contact us via WhatsApp at wa.me/message/XYVEA5LE7OJKO1 with your payment reference number. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

WesternMusic.lk provides online western music educational content including video lessons (free), listening test quizzes, and past papers (Premium). Content is designed for Grade 6–11 students in Sri Lanka following the national syllabus.

Premium Access
The Premium plan grants one individual user lifetime access to all premium content. Sharing your account credentials with others is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be sharing access.

Intellectual Property
All content on WesternMusic.lk including videos, quiz questions, and past paper materials is the property of WesternMusic.lk. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
